Brazilian players love assistants as temporary coachs, since they do whatever the players want.

I dont think Botafogo would have necessarily won if Luis Castro had stayed - the group has many limits in terms of talent. But what followed Castro leaving is a big example of what not to do. 5 coaches during 1 League is too much.
