1 year agoMy question I’ve had is what’s more accurate, Apple Watch tracking or app opened up through phone tracking? I track my cardio using Nike Run Club and when I go hiking watch tells me I burn near 800 calories, but when I track with my app through the phone I barely pass 300 calories! I’m not sure which one is more effective and which one I should lean on for accurate results
