I’m quite fond of communism, personally.

  • 9 hours 9 persons 9 doors and its sequel Virtue’s Last Reward! (But not Zero Time Dilemma, that one sucks)

They’re basically choose your own adventure books where holding your thumb on the previous page is central to the plot. If you can, play 999 on a physical DS. You really got have the console in your hands for the best experience, but emulation is mostly alright too. Just not the steam version because it absolutely butchers the story - it rewrites the entire script horrendously to adapt it to one screen.

  • Isn’t that more like pouring gasoline on a fire that Americans created themselves? These influencers already had long careers being fascist with much support from their audience before being contacted by Tenet media. It isn’t Russia mind-controlling America, it’s some chuds from RT signal boosting their fav celebrities.

Also there are many other unrelated outlets that spew the same bullshit: the Daily Wire, Breitbart, Babylon Bee, PragerU, etc. And they all throw around more money than ten million dollars (not that that isn’t a lot of money, but it’s definitely not enough to sway the politics of an entire country lol)

Americans place a lot of emphasis on Russian influence because it provides cover for homegrown fascism, justifies their war against Russia, and directs attention away from international American propaganda that is 1,000,000x more pervasive and effective.

  • Yeah I think what AI is exacerbating is the tension between creativity and commodity. Businesses don’t celebrate art, they seek profits. Images, articles, music, and whatever else are all simply products to sell under capitalism. Turning every artist into a copyright lawyer won’t change the fact that their creations are ultimately still commodities.

I see a lot of arguing over the definition of “art” but that’s beside the point. The problem is the entire bourgeois concept of property and the way capitalism impoverishes the working class so that they must spend their lives selling their labor.
