I quit benzos and noticed a huge increase and then I lost a bunch of weight, exercised and eventually got down into the 60’s for resting.
Great job! Sobriety really is the best way to live

Working with the first ultra now

I paid a lot of money for this Ultra. I’m wearing it to any occasion.
