Loving the new look so far! One thing I immediately noticed though is while scrolling through my subscriptions via the letters on the right, the view starts breaking with a ton of random space.

Changing the sorting back and forth seems to fix the view, but rapidly scrolling back and forth will break it again.

Enter this command into your terminal:

The output will contain “NVIDIA Corporation” in the compatible controller and subsystem section and “nvidia” in the kernel driver in use section.

Definitely seems like a huge oversight. The only workaround I can think of is to take a screenshot, select the text to copy, then delete the screenshot. That is very far from ideal though.

With such low FPS, it sounds like you’re using nouveau and not the proprietary NVIDIA driver. How did you install your drivers?

I’ve been looking forward to this update after seeing all the commits on GitHub. So far so good, the update feels and looks great!

I played through MGS1 in its entirety on my Steam Deck a few weeks ago with no issues. I started 2, but there were issues with the audio on the radio so I gave up on it. This update supposedly fixes that. There also was no way to actually exit the game without just force closing it. I can’t comment on 3 though personally, I haven’t tried it yet.

They still come with cables, just not bricks. That’s pretty much across the board on all phone manufacturers unfortunately.

I’ve been playing the Dead Space mobile game on my hacked Vita. I had almost forgotten how good some mobile games used to be.

Care to elaborate on this? I love both open-source and VR, but have never really thought to pair the two.

I also love installing, customizing, and exploring new operating systems. I recently came across NixOS and it is the most interesting OS I’ve seen in a while. Have you checked it out before?

No it is in the stable client as well. Only, they haven’t done a blog post about it like they normally do.

Voyager has a native iOS app. It even has an Apple Watch companion.

Even though I use a desktop I still don’t think I could ever swap back to wired headphones. I frequently get up for a variety of reasons and keeping my music playing or continuing to chat with my friends is great. I briefly had to use a wired headset again and I nearly pulled the cable out a few times from getting up.

The low battery noise always made me jump because it was so foreign to me. I would regularly charge them when I just felt like it so hearing that noise always confused me at first. I had to replace the ear cups but just a few months ago the power switch finally broke on me. I still miss it.

I’ve exclusively used a selfhosted instance of libreddit for a while now and always loved it. I haven’t used it very much since all the API drama. I am now wondering how long libreddit will last.
