1 year agoMichael Moorcock uses insouciant/insouciance in most of his writing, but it’s only one or two times per book and I think it’s more of an inside joke than weak/lazy writing like most of the other examples here.
I’ve tried to read CJ Cherryh’s Faded Sun books multiple times and don’t make it more than a few pages in the first one each time. Don’t know why, they seem like the types of books I would like.
