What games are you playing? I like the safe cracker one (open a combination by feel) and sometimes rules, but I wish there were more.
I have a driving game I always forget about.

“Monitoring your heart rate for running”
That’s really interesting. I must experiment. I can run for a few miles on a treadmill but in real life, 1000 feet and I’m winded.
Get Sugarmate:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sugarmate-diabetes-tracker/id1111093108
It’s not watch specific but tied to your phone. It pulls all the data from your CGM and offers more insight than the native app offers.
You can record your meals by taking photos, leaving descriptions, or scanning UPCs. It already has the info for popular franchise meals.
The best part is if your levels are dropping too much and too fast overnight, it will call your phone and make your watch sound and vibrate. It’s waken me enough times that I should send some thank you money to the developer
Did I mention it’s free?
The only “must have” app I have is not really Apple Watch specific, although it being attached to my body and not on my night stand is helpful - is SUGAR MATE.
It’s a CGM - continuous glucose monitor app that draws the data from your Dexcom and applies it to offer more insight than the Dexcom offers.
If the app senses your blood sugar dropping too low overnight, it will call you and wake you up. My watch will ring and vibrate until I can get up, do an actual blood test (measurements will vary by 15 minute increments and can be off by 10 or more points - so a blood test is more accurate).
It is also free. No subscriptions although I should send the developer money considering how often I use it. I can take photos and leave descriptions of meal, scan UPCs, it has a list of the more popular franchise meal options. I can record other medications. And it does a good substitution for A1C because it is recording all the data. You can also share data with loved ones and doctors.
Beyond that the walkie talkie feature that allows me to contact the wife anytime is fantastic. Her phone is on silent and she refuses to look at it when she’s not working.
Can you double snap for an added flair?
