I do agree on the “no crapware”, elegant, simple, integration, and literally everything else. But Apple does have Backdoors, just not to the government.
At 300, you’re limited to the SE. It misses out on some health features.
I’d actually suggest looking into some diabetes related solutions (plenty of small devices that do that). Apple Watch is great at heart rate, and similar stuff; but not so much for blood sugar (idk if it does that even).
