1 year agoWhen it arrives, the customs office is keeping it, till you pay the tax for it. So basically it would be the same if you buy it inside the country.

Go with RAM. In the worst case senario when you face a problem in the other two subjetcs, there is always the external ssd and extra monitor solution for that.
