Some of us are visual learners and it’s faster to use the icons.
Also, isn’t the list stuck in alpha order? Too much scrolling when I can just move the icons of the apps I use most to the top of this & have them all there without any scrolling.

I wondered the same thing, since I have been wearing a hoodie a good bit recently…
In the Health section on it, it states “When unobstructed, Apple Watch can automatically record an estimated amount of Time in Daylight in Health,” (emphasis mine), so I suspect we are not going to get very good reading during the winter months even if we’re outdoors…
I have had problems in the past if it ends up uncovered, or only under a single layer in windy conditions (wind chills) - the cold can zap the battery so quickly. If it’s not exposed and protected from the wind chill, it should be okay.
