Iv had from 4 minutes to an hour and 30 but mostly not much! Like 30 mins

I always feel like peoples burn calories are so high ! I’m 5’8 female and in good shape but even with an hour workout a day and 2 dog walks my burn calories is around 700 . My daily average burn is around 2200
