Surely, “budget” differs to people; but it is common to classify the devices/tools through their overall market prices. So, obviously, a budget monitor does not cover Apple’s Studio Display given my use case is nothing related to the quality of the monitor in terms of colors, refresh rate, sharpness, device’s flexibility, etc.
Regarding Dell U2723QE, it looks pretty good - but still stays a little “high-end” considering my simple use case. Many thanks for your valuable comment. 🙏
