Vegan Dad has/had a lot of cold cut recipes, but many are seitan based and use a “ham press” and steamer tray to be made. “Thee Burger Dude” (yt channel and blog) also has a few similar recipes. Never actually tried these recipes out tho so ymmv

Summer workouts in a mask were a whole different hell; like being water boarded.
I like lifting weights, I do it 2-3 times a week. It’s good for my mental health and I like tracking my progress. I’ve had a gym membership ever since I took weights class in high school two decades ago. I encourage everyone to give it a try. Grinding out a few reps when you have to focus all your mental and physical energy on finishing the lift is very cathartic
My dad pointed this out with ceiling fans/helicopter blades when I was a lad and I’ve never stopped thinking about it, ever
