The mindflayer that infects the pc in the intro certainly looks like the Emperor. No other in the game with that same sized collar as the Emperor.

I can link larger versions of either of these. I used Bing’s Image Creator if you want to mess around with it using the prompt: photorealistic picture depicting a pink felt puppet of Cthulhu on the set of Sesame Street
Same as the original post, just swapped green for pink.
The only other real option after Alabama beat Georgia was to leave the SEC champ out in favor of an undefeated team that doesn’t have a healthy QB. It certainly would have been fair, but would have made for a boring first round game. But who knows, maybe they get healthy enough to carry that chip on their shoulders and mud hole Georgia, here’s hoping.
As to the UM/Bama game, if I had to have money on it I would probably put it on Saban. But, I really think Michigan is going to beat them by multiple scores. This Alabama team is the worst I’ve seen since they started their run.
I agree that that is probably what would have happened. But the 4 team playoff system, which is ending this year, was set up so the committee could consider things like strength of schedule and player injuries which both killed FSU.
The only fair outcome, if the committee was actually “fair”, would have been to leave out Michigan for FSU. I know they probably are the best team this year, that doesn’t excuse the cheating.
Sucks for Norvell and all the FSU players and fans
I would love for Larian to make a real Kotor 3 based off the BG3 engine. It’s been a while since I’ve played the original but I remember it attempting to do a lot of the things that BG3 accomplished. I would trust that they could do it justice. But I would totally settle for some one doing a graphical remake/remaster while leaving all of the behind the scenes stuff alone.
Exactly. Or in my wildest dreams, hand everything over to Larian.
Very cool. What was your prompt for this?
A mindflayer in the 15th century.
How could I not name my Dark Urge bard Dirge?
Can’t resist posting the other 2
I really wish we could create custom radials that only had things we wanted on them and in the order that we want them in. Would save me from accidentally selecting Hide instead of Cunning Hide and save me from scrolling back and forth looking for that one spell/action that seems to be in a new spot every time I open the radial menu.
I’m kinda in the same boat. I’m doing a second playground with a human Bard Dark Urge, named Dirge of course, and I’m having trouble going full evil. I’m picking every Bard and Dark Urge text when I’m given those options but I’m not going out of my way to be evil yet.
Hard disagree. The best games were the Ezio trilogy and Black Flag. And a lot of people hated Black Flag because it wasn’t a game about an Assassin, but it had all the best mechanics from the previous games plus the best ship gameplay and it had an excellent voice cast.
Unity was great, after they fixed it. But the series nosedived after that.
The music was so out of left field for me. It made me think I had walked into a game over scenario.
Does anybody know who voiced Korilla? Because I want it to be Melethiel. The idea that Korilla and Raphael are both singing during this fight is too good not to be true.
Glitchy and exploitable how? And I’d say the boss fights fit perfectly in the regular game loop because every time you’d come to something like a boss fight it was really just introducing you to a new regular enemy type.
I remember the first time I fought the breaker, roid rage freak, and I burned through my entire stock of ammo and molotovs. And I never wanted to see one of those things again. But then they were added to the regular enemy spawns. Driving around at night, oh shit it’s a breaker. Cleaning out a nest, fuck it’s a breaker. The game kept the tension of exploring and fighting high by continually adding new challenges and as long as you kept going you’d get new ways to deal with those challenges.
Days Gone is much better than Mad Max, which was still a good game. It’s a shame Days Gone launched with so many problems because the final product is so so good. Yeah the story is a just ok and the acting can be hammy and a little uneven. But the gameplay is great and I actually enjoyed the story.
No on Watch Dogs 3. For great story I would suggest these:
God of War (2022)
Red Dead Redemption 2
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
