There are a few (not many) decent photos that don’t make John Redwood look like some horrendous monster. So I would imagine that those other photos are bad angles or lighting.
My first guess was he wasn’t raised on this planet but then there’s John Redwood.
So I’m going for the fact that he is from the first generation whose parents were on mephedrone when they were conceived.
