      It says to wipe with toilet paper, then wipe again with the wet wipes for “extra cleanliness”, then to dry with toilet paper again. So I guess two wipes and a pat dry.

      To your second point, to each their own, but I would definitely argue that using the above recommended amount of paper products produces far more waste than spraying with water. Not only do paper products consume a ton of water themselves to produce, you have the literal added waste of said paper product.
