This is a completely separate organization and a direct subsidiary of Honda. I assume some Honda personnel that currently have a workplace within Red Bull will move over to the new organization at some point.

RBPT is a Red Bull organization. Honda will continue to deliver PUs to RBPT until the end of 2025.
This is a completely separate organization and a direct subsidiary of Honda.
