Is it still a platformer if it doesn’t involve gravity? Well it’s definitely that same kind of reactions-based-movement, can’t think of a better term than “platformer”
How about “top-down maze game”?
Hmm, “maze game” to me says ‘gentle puzzle’ rather than ‘frantic dodging’, probably still better than “platformer” though!
