So hopefully this is ok for me to ask here. But yeah, i.e. I be an idiot.

I tried adding an email address to the account and clicking forgot password in another not logged in browser but I haven’t received anything yet.

Any ideas?

    maybe the password has a special character that Lemmy can’t handle. In any case, it’s one that @tom might need to look at.
