I actually have a couple of virtual pets. I have a Tamagotchi rerelease and a Ver.20 Pendulum that I got on release date when they were a only like $50, apparently they go for well over $200 now because I got the Gallantmon (Dukemon for you weebs) themed one.
Look, landlords can’t ban me if my pets are digital.
I am very tempted to get one of these Monster Hunter ones, hopefully I can get them for the retail price before they sell out because I’m sure as hell not paying scalper prices for toys.
