But its a fact that most webpages are optimized for the most used engine and this is Blink. This in turn is fed back, so most browser companies in turn use Blink, which is a path of no return.
If you go for speed, neither Gecko nor Blink can compete with, for example, the Otter Browser with an alternative engine and QT5.
