This is why the blatant ignorance or even obstruction of international law is so dangerous. We are currently descending rapidly on the basis of failing to uphold warring parties accountable to not target Civilians, in particular women and children.
At this rate we will be back to crusaders “after taking the city rape and murder everyone and pillage all you can”
