The type, purpose, goals, intent, and targets of the violence are utterly irrelevant. it doesn’t matter if it’s harsh language or thermonuclear bombs. All that’s needed for something to be labelled terrorism is that the speaker believes the perpetrators are an organized group and that they disagrree with teh violnce. Fascinating stuff.
