Eg. I went for a run tonight, using a 180bpm playlist, based on a thread that I read here the other day. Felt way better during and after.

    Responding to your eg. Did you change your cadence to match? Did you run faster? I’ve done some things like this before with various results so I’m curious about your experience.

      I upped my cadence, and also tried to lean forward a little more as I’ve realised I’m really thudding down each step.

    On the NZ instance we have a daily korero, which is a daily chat. We can talk about anything. Why not something like that?
