A low-cal dinner I made the other night! Thought it was relatively aesthetically pleasing and would share to get things started here.

      Lol, not a whole lot to it! Press and cube desired amount of tofu. Mix potato or corn starch and seasonings together (I like ground ginger and garlic powder). Toss tofu to coat. Spray or coat with a small amount of oil and air fry at about 400° F until crispy. Rinse and microwave or pan fry shirataki rice. Steam or microwave broccoli. Plate and enjoy!
