    Double the points. Quadruple the fine. Make drivers Ed better, eg include defensive driving as a requirement for P plates. Create an interlock for mobile phones. Make people display dangerous driver placards on their car when caught so others know they’re a fuck head.

        In Europe, you can tell by the number plates. There’s a good reason the Belgian ones are red
