For me like 2+ years ago it already forced me to EA app. I installed Origin to reinstall Battlefield 2042, and it forced me to update to EA App, or the game wouldnt launch. This was when the app was BARELY functional, too.
And when someone doesn’t get the memo, 6 mo ths later then what? Gotta buy again?
