Running through a VPN to a few different places, most show Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America). Mexico seems to be the only place that doesn’t get served the alternative name. Both the US and Korea just get Gulf of America with no alternative, and if you search for Gulf of Mexico it gets auto-‘corrected’.
