Please don’t stop talking about Palestine.

Due to popular demand, please keep all posts about the operation to this megathread, sitewide.

There are vids popping up of Israel rounding up Palestinian men, stripping them and transporting them elsewhere. Reports are that they are being executed and dumped into mass graves. Anyone got more on this?

My comment probably contains information most readers already know about. I saw an account which geolocated the place where they were abducted from (Jabalya, north Gaza city) and I also saw a tweet giving some names of the people pictured. I haven’t seen anything confirming with 100% certainty that they were murdered. However, it seems implicit that they were murdered, given that the image circulating is of tens of people kneeling blindfolded in lines on the ground in what looks like a large excavated place in front of a hole.

Main Zionist accounts are disseminating that they are all Hamas members (from the tunnels they flooded?) although I’ve seen multiple posts claim that they were abducted from a UN building. Zio-fascists also say it’s normal to strip people naked to check they don’t have suicide vests or weapons, and that stripping people naked is necessary to identify Hamas members. And that the photo which appears to be a mass grave is actually just a facility to process terrorists? It is a large open area with no wall or fence. It’s just the usual disinformation crap.

It must be pretty clear from this level of dehumanisation that this is a genocide. All these images are taken by occupation forces and published as propaganda. They’re not trying to hide it - their view is that this is a win.

I rediscovered this comment from lemmy.world on October 9. Kinda speaks for itself about how the narrative changes. I’m not trying to brigade.

She was not even naked, they just found her with revealing clothes at the party

That was one of my initial reactions I had to the imediate Western coverage of Oct.7th. Seeing all of the “various states of undress” repeated ad nauseum in articles.

They were at an EDM festival. Literally the majority of people who go to EDM festivals are either naked or underdressed. That alone is not any hard proof that sexual assault took place.
