    Sounds like it’s under a separate company, so nothing to do with the charity. As long as they didn’t intentionally mislead (and it doesn’t appear to be the case) there doesn’t seem to be a problem here. Probably some people assuming the proceeds would go to the charity but nobody said they would.

      That was my take: “I assumed it was going to charity and now feel cheated”. If it had said Simon the book or advertising someone would have found damning examples, but they don’t seem.to have.
