You get what you vote for. American individualism has been weaponized against you. You aren’t a special individual snowflake, you’re a cog in a society, a fish in a school, an antelope in the herd. You leave the safety of the pack you get culled. You follow your pack off a cliff, you die. You work with your constituents to ensure survival, you increase your quality of life.

Your government are stupid because your people are stupid and vote for stupid things. This is not an American exceptionalism this is Democracy.
