I am playing Horizon Zero Dawn and haven’t gotten to the first main event, but it gives me this feeling like if I upgrade all my equipment now it might be for nothing. I know that is not the case, I looked it up, but what are some games that are the worst offenders? One I can think of is Aerith in the original FF7.

    I only tried the MMO of this game that was out a long time ago. Would you recommend this game to someone who knows nothing about it other than it’s more similar to the Digimon type of creature capture game rather than Pokemon? (I have a poor memory of the game so I could be wrong. It’s what I remember)

      If you played and enjoyed digimon cyber sleuth, you should give it a shot, it’s pretty similar in most gameplay aspects (though digimon is a bit sparser in content and general polish)
