I assume that L1+L2+R1+R2 is also always an option - to eject the warp core.
I’m pretty sure you need your first officer to hold Up + A on the second controller too.
It’s pretty good! Between it and 1995’s Star Trek: The Next Generation - A Final Unity, I’d say adventure games are the perfect fit for Trek-style stories. The Telltale formula is a little on rails sometimes, and a lot of the actual gameplay is silly little tricorder puzzles, but it’s basically an engine to provide you with classic, “You need to make a snap decision, who’s plan are you going with?” moments like these.
I enjoyed my time with resurgence. I can’t see non-trekkies enjoying it because TBH, the controls, combat, and mini-games are all frustratingly awful. However, the story, characters, and choices were all great! I was slightly disappointed overall though. I was hoping it would be unequivocally great and demonstrate a market for more Trek games, but it’s clearly lacking in some areas and didn’t have much impact upon release.
Same. I know being an Epic Games Store exclusive gives you a lot of runway during your development period, but that probably didn’t help them when it came to going viral post-launch. Still, if you’re up for having two digital libraries, it’s an easy pickup with all those holiday coupons they toss around.
Right, I forgot it was epic exclusive on PC. That definitely will not have helped. I played it on console and it definitely suits a relaxed TV playing experience, like playing an episode.
“Good thing I saved right before this.”
4th Option:
Assert Dominance by swivilling the chair, pushing Data out of it and performing the Riker Sit Maneuver.
While broadcasting all of this via video on an open channel.
I want Resurgance so bad! I am jelly.

…the screams of the innocent unexpecting crew members haunt your dreams.
Good thing that there is suddenly no air and thus no screams that could haunt your dreams.
3 tho
Yeah, they screwed this one up
I’m getting a *batteries not included vibe from that screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/Kz99fsrS/2ujfhemgczi4shutexnihgd39oj2.jpg
The scene’s surprisingly dark, and I had to futz with some of the contrast to make it read as, “That one part of Cause and Effect where Fraiser’s ship is headed towards the Enterprise.”
Ah, that explains the slight graininess. You did a good job, the ship is clearly visible. And I’m now just realizing it’s the Boseman, hah
I want a Star Trek souls-like. That would be dope. You get to dodge and stuff, but you have to just use diplomacy to make everything stop trying to kill you.
You can have one attack: the double-fist punch
It’s extremely slow and doesn’t look like it hurts.
