    Sounds like they’re trying to do the “Babylon Bee” but for the UK. Seems to be the same calibre of humour as well.

      I’m not sure the far-right worldview translates well into humor.

      It never feels like their goal is to actually make anyone laugh but rather to wrap some humor around a stick and hit a minority with it.

      The most successful jokes are primarily used as a dogwhistle. “I identify as an attack helicopter” or “equal rights means equal lefts” might have got a mild chuckle the first time, but now it’s clearly just a mask-on way of saying “I don’t respect the trans community or women who don’t behave the way I want”.

      It also takes millions of dollars to prop it up. Unsurprisingly, people who are wealthy and willing enough to just buy up a mode of mass communication to push their opinions on others tend to be assholes.
