It’s not about owning jets, it’s about using the one she has for 13 minute fucking flights while preaching about climate change. If musk pulled the same kinda shit, he’d be mocked for it too, among other things he deserves to be mocked for.

Edit: also, you’ve had 2 chances to spell hating correctly and failed both times.

Do you think Musk is not doing similar things? We have a politician that flew to Sylt (island in Germany) with his private jet for a fucking wedding of another politician and he didnt get half as much shit for it.

What Im saying is: hate everyone equally or dont hate.

I don’t like Taylor Swifts behaviour anymore then you. But clearly someone was out for her and not for poor Elon. Where are the fucking memes about literally every rich person? Jeff Bezos disgustingly big yacht for example?

And if it really was about her double standards: Elon pretends to be an environmentalist whenever he talks about Tesla and electric cars. Yet his factories get build in the middle of water protection zones, a Tesla is shot into space and do you really think hes not using those 3 jets on a regular basis? Why have 3 after all?

Regarding your edit: maybe I’ve wasted my time writing this because clearly you’re not up for an actual discussion, but for sad and petty schoolyard behaviour.

I do hate EVERY billionaire and politician destroying the environment doing stupid wasteful things, elon musk can absolutely go eat shit, i’m not defending him. it’s just that I think people are trying to give her a free pass specifically due to her political views more than anything else and that everyone, regardless of their opinions on anything should be held accountable for their actions. As for my edit, I just like being a petty asshole to people I don’t agree with. I’m not even a native speaker, i’ve probaby made like 4 mistakes in this paragraph alone.

Raising awareness of private jet usage by targeting politicians is not going to be as effective as targeting high profile celebrities.

The positive is hopefully that rich folk start reducing their private jet usage so they dont get raked over thr coals and have a jet-usage-tracking-account publishing their ridiculous flights.

Extreme carbon usage like that is a huge issue (if not the defining issue) at the moment to a large amount of people.
Shine a light on all of it, expose it all. Every polititian doing stupid stuff, every rich CEO, every celeb. But it has to start somewhere

But somehow it’s really important to raise awareness of this issue by targeting the most visible woman that is doing this. If you don’t think this is part of a wider problem, you’re not paying attention.

The person being criticized happens to be a woman. Musk has been criticized for the same shit, back when he tried to sue the guy tracking his private jet on Twitter. Guess who’s trying to do the same thing right now?

If she didn’t try sue someone for posting public information, nobody would have cared. Textbook Streisand effect. I believe, she deserves to be called out for that.

There is no point in calling out Musk anymore. Everyone already knows he is a piece of shit.

Ok, well TS has been roasted over this.
            Who is next?

The roasters have shown billionaires are carbon spewing POS.
Theyve shown musics favourite isnt innocent of this, nor immune to scruitiny.

Targeting a politician isnt worthwhile, unless its a super hypocritical action (like greta taking private jets).

I guess a movie star? Someone from “dont look up”, a parable for climate change denial? Hits the hypocrytical stance. Plenty of celebs in that.
Cant target J-Law, cause she is a woman (and thats unnaceptable to you).
Leo is already known as an oddity (what with never dating anyone older than 24).
            So, Jonah Hill i guess?
Could try Rob Morgan. Hes black, i dunno how that fits into your prejudice of who can and cant be targetted.
Altho, they are only the actors. Maybe better to go after the writer/director/producer Adam McKay. Hes white, in his 50s, has had a successful career. Sounds perfect

Yes, it is funny how more people are not calling out the Electric Car Jesus for swooping around in private jets and single-handedly undoing any positive effect his customers can have…

I think he bought Twitter to turn it into a right wing cesspool. The “oops now I have to buy it oh nooo” was just a cover.
