Yup. We all even thought Backy’s would be decent, but now it’s a straight up boat anchor.
Should emphasize that when I said “we”, I meant the fandom and not the team.
Personally, I don’t hate it. I don’t see this team being competitive for a good 5-6 years at best, and Wilson is likely a future Captain…
It ain’t my money, and we’re probably not going to be too worried about the Cap in 2-3 seasons so, hey. Go for it.
Caps have locked up their future tank commander.
