1 year agoThe Apple Watch has definitely improved my life. I use it to track my sleep, which helps me determine lifestyle choices that harm my sleep quality. I also use it to track my heart rate, which better equips me to handle my anxiety. Finally, the Activity Rings have wonderfully gamified my fitness, which has been a tremendous benefit for my executive dysfunction.
I wear mine 24/7 except for when I’m showering. I like having my heart metrics tracked.
