  • The problem is that nearly all games need huge patches after launch, and so it makes physical collecting a bit pointless these days.

In terms of Switch games, several publishers have deliberately being using smaller carts (to save money) and you have to download the rest of the game when you get home with your purchase. I remember the guys who ported Diablo III were proud of the fact the entire games was on the cartridge upon launch.

  • Oh man, I love (some) of the Batmobiles. In terms of LEGO, I have several.

My first was a LEPIN (knock off LEGO) version of the Tumbler, as seen in OP’s post. Then I purchased a knock off 89 Burton Batmobile.

Then I started buying official versions. I have 89 Batmobile, the second version of the Tumbler, and finally, the one from The Batman. These are the mini-fig scale versions, I have no room for the beautiful collector series models.

I also had a knock off Bat-Pod which was a copy of the model that was given away to purchasers of the big Tumbler model when it was first launched. But I lost a lot of bits and I replaced it with this newer edition.

Well this is a character I know nothing about, so maybe that will explain my initial thoughts.

The clip introduced the character of Kraven well and it has me interested in the full film. The problem is, are you telling me not one guard managed to shoot him at all in that sequence? They were almost point blank at times. Not a single scratch!

  • There are tons of great documentaries out there and it was always a surprise to discover them. Especially when the dvd case listed it as a featurette and it turned out to run for 60 minutes or so.

The Bladerunner documentary I think is about 3½ hours long, The Frigteners has one that lasts 4½ hours. 12 Monkeys has one called The Hamster Factor and Other Tales of 12 Monkeys which is excellent.

But sometimes, they can be disappointing. Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny comes with an hour long documentary but it’s terrible (in my opinion).

You know those promo interviews that are edited with quick cuts of behind the scenes action and everyone says how great making the film was. It’s that for an hour. I lasted 20 minutes.

It’s not like the old days where it focuses on one aspect like a certain stunt or sequence and then breaks it down and talks to the relevant people. It’s just all over the place.
