Zunächst muss überhaupt erst mal ein Staatsanwalt die Anzeige überhaupt aufnehmen und ein Verfahren eröffnen oder (bei Antragsdelikten) muss der Anzeigende schriftlich einen Strafantrag stellen.

Solche Aktionen, insbesondere durch anonyme Hinweise, sind vollkommen überzogen. Jeder, wirklich jeder, kann vollkommen anonym über Tor online eine Anzeige erstatten bzw. dort melden, dass die oben beschriebenen Dinge passieren. Da kann man doch nicht einfach die Tür eintreten.

Das ist ein typisches Beispiel für eine vollkommen fehlgeleitete Ressourcenallokation. Wahrscheinlich sitzt sich das SEK den Arsch platt, weil nichts los ist und dann nimmt man sowas gerne mal mit. Die Aufarbeitung wird aber Jahre dauern, weil leider kein Personal da ist.

So I’m not sure, how that works in other countries, but here in Germany, a large bid for some public contact has to parrot the requirements. The process includes a bloke essentially ticking all of the boxes in their request, and if you say (just for example) “we will deploy that in our k8s cluster” but they require a cloud ready solution, the bloke will not tick the box. Yes, that’s incredibly stupid.

Apart from that, who reads the bid texts? Not technical people, but bean counters and MBAs. The technical people on the other side are only asked for comment, they have no say.

I wish you would be right, but in a world full of people desperately trying to justify their existence, fluff is essential.

Im Übrigen kann ich dir sagen, dass es ein paar sehr unbekannte Firmen gibt, die gefühlt die halbe Republik mittelbar betreffen. Arvato ist so ein Kandidat. Läuft absolut im Schatten, aber wenn deren Rechenzentrum brennt, steht die Republik still.
