I use Matrix, but it’s more of a general chat app than a Discord replacement. If you’re looking for something closer to Discord, I’ve heard of Revolt, but haven’t tried it much myself.

Nate’s belief is that Plasma 6.0 will likely be ready for release sometime between December and March.
That’s a lot further out than I expected.
I recently switched to Wayland to see if it would work and it did. It’s been a few weeks and don’t forget myself going back to X11. My only complaint is that I couldn’t for the life of me find how to change the cursor speed. I see scroll speeds but no trackpad speed. So I just live with a slightly slower cursor. I’m sure I could figure it out outside of KDE if I really looked, but it’s just usable enough to where I haven’t bothered yet.
Completely agree. I’d rather have these communities fly under the radar than get unwanted attention.
Twitter completely blocks the tweet without a login and nitter doesn’t seem to work. Archive link seems good though.
