What’s the time? Its 5 past Chelsea…!
Is that a Viera?? I never thought I’d see the day
“They told me you was dead”
I’m so glad we’re giving Saka some rest. Realistically probably could have taken him off after 4-0
Agreed, could have been a little sooner

King Kai!
That Trossard touch was insane.
Saka needed to lay that off.
Rice almost notching.
Havertz was so unlucky not to score there.
Keeper does a good job, to be fair. SOP whenever we’re playing a team that we should theoretically be beating
Keeper is a witch
that’s a great sign from that kid.
Except fuck chelsea lol, i don’t care if they suffer. But the sentiment is good.
Agreed. Long may they remain mid table with Manure
It is kinda weird how with how good on paper Chelsea is how bad they are tbh
Was thinking this. They have a load of players injured too. You could argue they have the depth to compete in multiple competitions.
It’s almost like if you blindly buy a random set of players without a plan is a bad idea.
Still, these players should be able to form a good team. In Chinese, we have an idiom: 紙上談兵, which refers to talking (military) tactics over paper, with the implication that it isn’t useful. Perhaps that’s why.
I think it understand what you mean.
It could also come down to mentality, tactics, club setup, amongst other things.
Like Ozil. He had the skill and on paper you expected him to do well, but he could just be lazy and disappear in games.
Like, Pochettino is a pretty good coach, and there’s quite a few players who were extremely coveted before going to Chelsea — yet they all kinda suck now.
They defy all logic. Long may it continue.
I really didn’t expect Arsenal to boost up that goal difference vs. Man City against Chelsea of all opponents. I know they’re bad this year, but they’ve been better recently, and it is a derby of sorts.
It kind of makes sense, though - they came out wanting to have the ball and play. And we love it when teams want to actually play football for once.
