It’s not clear if this is the actor in the suit or a stand-in in make-up for reference. Previously the actor revealed in a Jimmy Kimmel Live interview that it wasn’t going to be a suit like the Chiklis version and likely would be fully CG.

Looking at the short seven-second clip that was posted to X/Twitter/The Bad Place, I reckon It’s either a stuntman or, as the site mentions, a lighting reference.
