    Hamilton’s quote in context

"With what he is saying, I don’t like how he expressed it. Saying it was rappers was very stereotypical, and if you think most rappers are black, it really points it towards, ‘We’re not like them’.

“So I think those were the wrong choice of words, and there is a racial element there, but as I said, I agree with cleaning it up a little bit.”

Thank you for posting this. Lewis Hamilton has always been measured and intelligent. It really bothers me how he gets misquoted or selectively quoted. Media is trash.

Having money stops one from understanding of other people. Money is the bubble that filters every interaction and leaves a stain on each discussion. FIA president has money and doesn’t understand that rappers aren’t the only people who swear. They don’t understand or know that most of the world swears because it’s part of the human experience. I hope the FIA president learns this by stubbing a toe each day until he gets it.

Careful Liberty Media might take this seriously and start policing the stands at the tracks to squeeze more money out of us

Hey hey hey guess what guess what!!! We finally have a product that produces different winners all the time!!!

Let’s argue about swear words. Yeah. That’s important. Let’s take the attention off of finally having varying outcomes and different winners.

I find Hamilton’s remarks quite racist. Does he realize that ‘rapper’ is not a race?

Every criticism on him feels for him as racism. He should really start reflecting and look at problems like this without thinking about his skin color.

I’m white and lived in a country where I was racially profiled on my skin color on daily basis. Not complaining, I could always go back to my home country and I did after many years. Happy to have experienced it and with that in mind i find hamilton a winy little kid.
