Badenoch is such an arrogant lightweight. Even someone as experienced at toadying as Kuenssberg must find it difficult sucking up to her.

That’s how she behaves when being interviewed by a friendly interviewer. PMQs is going to be funny as hell.

She’s exceeding expectations. I didn’t think she would fail so quickly I thought it would take at least a week.

It’s perfectly understandable. Why were you tripping up with it?

They struggled to understand “Covid bereaved” I’m guessing. Might’ve triggered a flood of frustration that temporarily shut down their faculties and made the entire title difficult for them.

Covid bereaved - people who lost loved ones to COVID

angered by - the previous noun is angry because of the following part of the sentence

      Badenoch’s - a person, possessive

‘insulting’ - you know this one

Partygate remarks - comments she made about Boris Johnson’s government’s behaviour during lockdown, the scandal known informally as “partygate”

I appreciate the explanation, maybe it’s that I’m not in the UK or know the “partygate” backstory or the phrase “covid bereaved”.
