It was a good move that the gov kept the option to end contracts early based on breach. But if lots of companies choose to force that, It could mean the gov is overloaded with the cost and workload of the renationalisation.

I can see the private sector seeing that as a way to allow a future Tory gov to reprivatise a failed renationalisation.
