Recently, I moved to the UK due to the war in Ukraine and have noticed that people here struggle to spell my name correctly. As a result, I would like to ask for suggestions on alternative versions of the name Vitalii that are easier to pronounce. Thank you in advance for your replies.
I have a name that’s Scottish in origin and people have always struggled with it. People with Irish names like Niamh or Eamonn are forever cursed by people unable to read or spell their name correctly.
IMO just stick with your name as it is. It’s a great name and anyone who gets it wrong the first time is learning something when they find out.
Maybe you are right, i think i can introduce myself as Vitalii but also say that you can call me Vito
