Ah, I just created another and remembered where this process has gone wrong for me - if you auto-complete the name (not the display title) it can leave a hanging blank space in the end. When you hit “create” it jumps back to the top but doesn’t flag up what caused the error. Delete the space and you should be good to go.
Aha! I have found the problem. I just tried it on desktop and the issue is a capital letter in the community name. The warning shows up on desktop, but not on mobile.
Ah yes, that was another early problem I encountered. I suspect the fields need to be more clearly named and come with a tool tip pop-up.
Right? It seems like that little ? is meant to provide a tooltip but it didn’t show anything for me on mobile or desktop.
