It feels more like she’s thinking she can say it and get away with it to me. If she gets fired, she can always proclaim that the woke left has infiltrated the party and got her fired.
So why doesn’t she just quit then? What’s the significance of being fired?
Maybe she can paint herself as a maverick who ‘spoke truth to power’, ‘I’m being silenced’, all that routine?
