Labour has claimed a “culture of inertia and stasis” has blocked renewable energy projects under the Conservatives and says the party will overturn a de facto onshore wind ban “at the stroke of a pen” if it wins the general election.

[Ed Miliband] said overturning the ban would be “one of my first acts” if he was made energy secretary.

I, unfortunately, don’t believe a word they say.

Actions speak louder than words, and these ruling class politicians just say whatever they think will raise their popularity with the peasants this month,

then when elected just carry on the status quo of giving everything we have to their rich mates, stripping us off our rights and taking away our access to the things we need, bit by bit, decade after decade.

It doesn’t matter which party they’re in, they’re all the same :-(

The few who actually care and want to make a difference for the nation rather than consolidate their own classes powerbase are never allowed to reach any true positions of power within any parties. We’ll never be given the chance to vote for them :-(

Okay. I think the millions of people lifted out of poverty by the last Labour government would disagree with you.

Yet the OP comment is literally using past performance as a ‘both sides’ argument.

          Can’t have it both ways.
