That’s the direction too many developers go, you’re creating incohesive environments for the workers with little to no communication. It’s literally why Diablo 4 was so fucked up and still is. They can’t navigate issues because it’s a bundled up mess. I really hope Microsoft sees this and turns Blizzard and Activision away from such nonsense.
